A person was killed Thursday in a crash involving two big rigs on a freeway transition road in Pomona.
The crash occurred about 8:40 a.m. Thursday on the freeway transition road connecting the westbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway to the northbound Orange (57) Freeway, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Sigalert was issued at 9:37 a.m. closing the transition road for at least two hours.
