The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Saturday circulated a photo of an 82-year-old diabetic woman with Alzheimer’s disease and hypertension who went missing in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County.
Maria Asuncion Munoz was last seen at about 2 p.m. Sunday in the 4200 block of Milburn Avenue, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau. Munoz was possibly headed to a Costco in Alhambra at 2270 W. Commonwealth Ave., driving a white 2007 Nissan Pathfinder with California license plate numbers 7BAF335.
Authorities said she is traveling with her husband, Jesus Munoz, 83, who suffers from anxiety.
She was described as a 5-feet-2-inch tall Latina weighing 95 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was described as a 5-feet-6-inch tall Latino weighing 137 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, a black leather jacket and dark pants.
