A Silver Alert was in effect Sunday in Orange County for an 87-year-old woman last seen in Fullerton.
Carole Kremkow was last seen at about 8:50 a.m. Saturday near State College Boulevard and Rolling Hills Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the Fullerton Police Department.
Kremkow is white, 5-feet-4 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a navy and green long-sleeved short, a gray sweater, dark navy pants and light-blue shoes. Authorities say she is believed to be on foot.
Anyone who has seen Kremkow or knows of her whereabouts was asked to call 911.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
