The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sunday circulated a photo of a diabetic 20-year-old schizophrenic, bipolar man who went missing in Bassett, an unincorporated community in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, authorities said.
Richard White, who requires medication, was last seen about 6 p.m Saturday in the 500 block of Third Avenue, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
White was described as a 5-foot, 11-inch tall White male weighing 185 pounds with red hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue Hawaiian shirt, blue shorts and neon green shoes.
