A 25-year-old man who went missing in Altadena has been located, officials announced Tuesday.
Luis Fernando Hoyos had last been seen at 10:50 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of Figueroa Drive between Lincoln and Olive avenues, and was described as at-risk.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department did not release information about when or where he was found.
