A man was injured Thursday morning while changing a tire on the Harbor (110) Freeway in South Los Angeles, authorities said.
The accident occurred at about 7:45 a.m. Thursday on the southbound freeway at the West Slauson Avenue off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The victim’s condition was not immediately provided.
The man was changing the tire on a Toyota Tercel when his car was “bumped” by another vehicle exiting the freeway, the CHP said.
Paramedics took him to a hospital, and the roadway was cleared at 9:10 a.m.
