Detectives with the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department’s Missing Persons Detail Saturday is asking for the public’s help locating an at-risk 31-year-old man who authorities say has a mental health condition and was reported missing in Willowbrook.
Joel Figueroa was last seen Friday on the 1600 block of East 120th Street and Compton Avenue, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Figueroa is Latino, 5 feet 7, 230 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
