Culver City Police Department officers searched for a possible explosive device Tuesday but did not find one.
Officers responded at approximately 3:10 p.m. Tuesday to the 3800 block of Delmas Terrace, near Venice Boulevard, where they advised the public to avoid the area while the investigation was underway, according to the Culver City Police Department.
Police said that the area was reopened by 4 p.m. after investigators were unable to locate a reported explosive device.
