A man was found shot to death Monday in Hawthorne and police are investigating the circumstances surrounding his shooting.
The fatal shooting was reported at 12:36 a.m. in the 3000 block of Rosecrans Avenue, said homicide Lt. Christopher Oakley
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His age was not disclosed.
Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives were summoned to the location to assist the Hawthorne Police Department in the investigation.
