A motorcyclist was fatally injured in a collision with a sedan in Sherman Oaks Tuesday.
The crash was reported at 6:53 a.m. Tuesday in the 13000 block of Ventura Boulevard, at the intersection with Woodman Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
One person was in grave condition and a total of two people were taken to a hospital, according to the LAFD’s Jamie Stewart.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner described the gravely injured victim as a man in his 20s, who was later pronounced deceased. His name was being withheld pending notification of relatives.
Traffic through the intersection was disrupted for the crash investigation and cleanup.
