A man was arrested for driving under the influence after he allegedly crashed into a 7-Eleven in the Athens neighborhood of Los Angeles, authorities said Friday.
California Highway Patrol officers responded at 11 p.m. Thursday night near West Imperial Highway and South Normandie Avenue after the suspect smashed into the store, a spokesman told City News Service.
A white Chevrolet Silverado struck the store, causing damage to the building.
The CHP officers are conducting the investigating of the crash.
