Fire damaged a two-story duplex in San Pedro, but no injuries were reported, Los Angeles Fire Department officials said Sunday.
The fire was reported at 10:28 p.m. Saturday on the 1400 block of West Brett Place and was determined to be located primarily in the attic, Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Jennifer Middleton said.
It took 48 firefighters 31 minutes to put out the flames.
The cause is under investigation.
