Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti will join Vice President Joe Biden Monday for a roundtable discussion on ways to develop clean technology and job creation in the Southland and nationally.
The event will be staged at the L.A. Cleantech Incubator, founded in 2011 to serve as the hub of the city’s economic strategy to create a green economy and become less dependent on “foreign fuels.”
Biden was scheduled to arrive Monday morning. He will attend a Democratic fundraiser Monday evening and spend the night in Los Angeles before departing Tuesday.
