Highway lanes will experience temporary overnight closures for the next few days in San Fernando Valley, officials said Tuesday.

The closures will take place on Highway (101) from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday through Friday, according to Caltrans.

Closures are expected at the following locations:

— Two northbound left lanes on (101) from Haskell Avenue to Havenhurst Avenue;

— Two northbound left lanes on (101) from Havenhurst Avenue to Reseda Boulevard; and

— Two northbound left lanes on (101) from Reseda Boulevard to Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

Lanes will reopen each morning. People near the freeway could experience loud noises from construction, Caltrans officials said.
