Kate Walsh and her former talent agency settled their legal dispute in which the actress maintained she did not owe commissions for her work on the show “Bad Judge.”

Lawyers for the 47-year-old actress — best known for her work on “Private Practice” — filed court papers Jan. 27 with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ruth Kwan stating that the case was resolved. No terms were disclosed.

Walsh agreed to pay a 10 percent commission for Evolution Entertainment Partners to represent her in 2011, according to the complaint Walsh filed Sept. 29 through her company, Kitty Likes To Scratch Productions. She paid the money she owed while the agreement was in effect, during which time she was a member of the casts of the television show “Full Circle” and the film “Scary Movie 5,” the suit states.

But she ended her relationship with the agency more than a year before filing her lawsuit because Evolution did not provide the services that it promised, her suit states.

However, Evolution maintained it was entitled to commissions from Walsh for her work on “Bad Judge,” according to the complaint. So, she filed suit asking a judge to find she did not have to pay more commissions to the company.
