InfoWars screamer Alex Jones is having a bad month. Already in a custody battle with his ex-wife and being mocked by Stephen Colbert in parody “Tuck Buckford” skits, Jones is now being sued by Chobani, the Utah maker of Greek yogurt.

“These extreme and outrageous statements unequivocally accuse Chobani of engaging in conduct that is not only incompatible with the lawful operation of a business, but would violate state and federal law,” the company said in an April 13 letter to Jones before it filed suit.
Bloomberg reported that Jones’ promotion of the “false” Chobani video on Twitter prompted calls for a boycott of the privately held company’s products, according to the defamation suit, which seeks unspecified monetary damages.
“In the company’s earlier letter to Jones, it demanded the videos be corrected and taken down.” As of noon Tuesday, they weren’t.
