Mark Zuckerberg will take a break from running the Facebook world by stepping back into daddy mode.

The Facebook CEO and his wife, Dr. Priscilla Chan, on Monday announced the birth of their second daughter, August.

And for the second time, they’ve posted a letter to the newborn.

“The world can be a serious place. That’s why it’s important to make time to go outside and play,” they wrote years before she can read. “You will be busy when you’re older, so I hope you take time to smell all the flowers and put all the leaves you want in your bucket now.”

The San Jose Mercury News noted that Zuckerberg will take some time off.

“The tech mogul said last week that he plans to take two months of paternity leave like he did when his first daughter was born,” said the paper of Silicon Valley.

“But the couple didn’t spend too much time dwelling on adulthood in the letter to their second daughter. They talked about joys of childhood, telling August that they hope she reads a lot of Dr. Seuss books, rides the carousel, runs laps around the living room and takes a lot of great naps.”

The Zuckerberg wrote: “Childhood is magical. You only get to be a child once, so don’t spend it worrying too much about the future. You’ve got us for that, and we’ll do everything we possibly can to make sure the world is a better place for you and all children in your generation.”
