Portions of the 101 Freeway will see lane closures Wednesday through Saturday as crews work on paving, loop detector installation and guardrail upgrades.

Motorists should expect delays or plan alternate routes in the following areas:

Wednesday, Sept. 14

–All lanes of the northbound 101 will be closed from the 101/134 interchange to Laurel Canyon Blvd., midnight Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday

–Two lanes of southbound 101 from Winnetka Ave. to Tampa Ave., 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

–SB 101 to NB 405 connector closed, 11 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

–Three lanes of NB 101 closed from Winnetka Ave. to Shoup Ave. closed, 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

–Westbound 134 Freeway connector to NB 101 closed, midnight Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday.

Thursday, Sept. 15

–All lanes of NB 101 will be closed from Laurel Canyon Blvd. to Woodman Ave., midnight Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday.

–Two lanes of SB 101 from Winnetka Ave. to Tampa Ave., 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

–SB 101 to NB 405 connector closed, 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

–Three lanes of NB 101 closed from Winnetka Ave. to Shoup Ave. closed, 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Friday, Sept. 16

–Two lanes of NB 101 closed from Parkway Calabasas to Las Virgenes Road, 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.

–Three lanes of SB 101 closed from Canoga Ave. to De Soto Ave., 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

–Two lanes of SB 101 from Winnetka Ave. to Tampa Ave., 10 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Saturday, Sept. 17

–Two lanes of NB 101 closed from Parkway Calabasas to Las Virgenes Road, 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.

–Three lanes of SB 101 closed from Canoga Ave. to De Soto Ave., 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

–Two lanes of SB 101 from Tampa Ave. to Reseda Blvd., 11 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

The $62 million project, funded by the State Highway Operation and Protection Program, is expected to be finished this fall, according to CalTrans officials.
