The “Stone Fire” burning near Agua Dulce was 97 percent contained Friday after scorching 1,352 acres.
Firefighters will complete construction of containment lines Friday and conduct mop-up operations, according to fire officials. The number of fire personnel assigned to this incident is now 233.
The blaze was reported around 12:30 p.m. Monday near the 35100 block of Anthony Road, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
A firefighter suffered a minor injury and was taken to a hospital, officials said. No other injuries were reported and no structures were damaged.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
