An 18-year-old woman who suffers from a diminished mental capacity returned home Tuesday after being reported missing from Compton.
Joana Alexandra Borja was reported missing after being last seen near her home in the 1000 block of South Stoneacre Avenue, just south of Alondra Boulevard, about 6:30 p.m. Monday, according to Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The department reported Tuesday afternoon that Borja had returned home, but further information was not released.
