A crash involving two motorcycles and at least four other vehicles Thursday morning prompted the closure of the transition road from the southbound Golden State (5) Freeway to the southbound Pasadena (110) Freeway in Los Angeles until further notice.
The crash was reported just before 4 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol. A SigAlert for the transition road was issued about 4:15 a.m., the CHP said.
Details of what led to the crash were not immediately available.
