Authorities Thursday identified a 13-year-old boy who was killed in a traffic crash on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway in the downtown Los Angeles area.
Jose Andrade of Pasadena died at the scene of the crash, which occurred about 7:40 p.m. Wednesday near Olympic Boulevard.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
