Possible human remains were found Thursday near an onramp to the westbound Ventura (134) Freeway in the Toluca Lake area.
The discovery was reported about 7 a.m. near the Vineland Avenue onramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Investigators were sent to the scene.
