Authorities Tuesday circulated a photo of a 57-year-old man who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia and seizures and went missing in the unincorporated Westmont area of South Los Angeles.
Derrick Alfonzo Gregory was last seen about 1 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of 103rd Street, near Vermont Avenue, according to Deputy Trina Schrader of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Gregory is described as Black, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 120 pounds, with short, gray balding hair, brown eyes and a heart tattoo with the words “fate” on his chest, Schrader said. He was wearing a white tank top, blue, red and white pajama pants, gray slippers and a silver watch on his right wrist.
