Firefighters extinguished flames in a vacant home in Granada Hills Wednesday evening in 15 minutes.
Crews responded at 10:11 p.m. to a house in the 12100 block of Bambi Place, between Bradford Place and Signature Drive, according to Firefighter/Specialist Brian Humphrey, a public service officer with the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A total of 24 firefighters extinguished the flames in the 2,071-square-foot, one-story home and kept fire from spreading into the attic, Humphrey said.
A knock down was called at 10:26 p.m.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
