An 85-year-old man who suffers from a medical condition, could become disoriented and was the subject of a Silver Alert after last being seen in Alhambra has been found, authorities said Saturday morning.
Zerai Equbatsion was last seen at 1:30 p.m. Friday near Bushnell and West Commonwealth avenues in Alhambra, and was believed to be on foot, the California Highway Patrol said.
At 2:55 a.m., the CHP reported Equbatsion had been found, but did not disclose further details.
The Silver Alert program was established to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearance of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals, according to the California Highway Patrol.
