A person was killed Sunday morning in a single-vehicle crash on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway in Santa Clarita.
The crash occurred at 2:23 a.m on the southbound freeway at Sand Canyon Road, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Paramedics dispatched to the location at 2:42 a.m. transported no one to any area hospitals, according to a county fire department dispatcher.
As a result of the crash, approximately 200 feet of guardrail was completely taken out at the southbound Sand Canyon offramp, the CHP said.
