Firefighters extinguished a fire Sunday evening inside a Sun Valley home that also burned into the attic.
The blaze inside a house at 11123 W. Cantara St. was reported at 8:47 p.m., Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Margaret Stewart said.
The department dispatched 31 firefighters to the scene, who knocked down the flames in about 20 minutes, Stewart said.
No injuries were reported, she said.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation, she added.
