Firefighters put out a small brush fire in the Hansen Dam area in 30 minutes Saturday.
The fire was reported at 2:32 p.m. in the 12000 block of West Osborne Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Margaret Stewart.
The 36 firefighters put out the flames by just after 3 p.m., Stewart said. They held the size of the fire to one-eighth of an acre.
No structures were threatened or damaged and no injuries were reported.
