A man was shot and killed in Lynwood Thursday evening.
The shooting occurred about 6:55 p.m. in the 3100 block of Euclid Avenue, near César Chávez Park, said Deputy Miguel Meza of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was not released pending notification of his next of kin.
An investigation into the shooting is ongoing and anyone with information was asked to call the Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500.
