Los Angeles General Medical Center is asking for public for help identifying a woman hospitalized there.
The woman was likely a pedestrian struck by a hit-and-run vehicle Friday on East Chavez Street, according to officials at the public hospital run by the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.
Jane doe is about 35 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 127 pounds, with brownish/black hair and brown eyes.
