An 86-year-old man killed in a solo-vehicle crash on the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway in Santa Monica was identified Tuesday.
Officers responded to the Lincoln Boulevard off-ramp around 3:48 p.m. Monday and determined a possibly gray four-door BMW had overturned on its roof and caught fire, resulting in the driver being pronounced dead at the scene, according to the California Highway Patrol,
He was later identified Tuesday by the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner as Ronald Kramer.
