An investigation continued Wednesday after a 4-year-old Tarzana girl was found dead inside a vehicle in Valley Village.
Adina Nevo was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office.
Officers responded at 3:41 p.m. Tuesday to the 12700 block of McCormick Street, just north of Magnolia Street and a couple blocks east of Coldwater Canyon Avenue, after reports of an unresponsive child inside a vehicle, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
According to media reports, the girl was possibly part of a carpool.
It was not clear how long she was inside the vehicle.
Los Angeles police are conducting a death investigation.
