County health officials sought the public’s help Thursday in identifying a patient hospitalized at Los Angeles General Medical Center.

The patient was found in the 2300 block of North Pasadena Avenue and has been at the hospital since March 19, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.

The patient was described as a 5-feet-5-inch tall Latino man, early to late 60s, weighing 121 pounds with salt and pepper/gray short curly hair and dark brown eyes. He also has white facial stubble, a tattoo of a small cross on the left forearm and a small star tattoo on the left bicep.

Anyone with information regarding the patient was urged to call Clinical Social Worker Jonathan Evanculla at 323-409-3859 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays, or the Los Angeles General Medical Center Department of Social Work at 323-409-5253.
