An Ebony Alert was canceled Sunday in Los Angeles County after a 26-year-old woman requiring medication for a mental health disorder was located.
Laurryn Victoria Rustad had last been seen at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Compton in the 1000 block of West 138th Street, between Central and Wilmington avenues, just north of Gonzales Park, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Authorities did not say when or where she was located.
Ebony Alerts are issued to help locate missing Black children, teenagers and young adults who have disappeared under unexplained or suspicious circumstances, or who are at risk, developmentally disabled, cognitively impaired, or abducted.
