Hospital staff sought the public’s help Wednesday in identifying a man who was hospitalized after being found unresponsive in Exposition Park.

The patient was discovered about 8:30 p.m. Sept. 1 near Vermont Avenue and Exposition Boulevard, according to Dignity Health officials.

It was unclear what caused the man to become unresponsive.

He was described as a Black man, 55 to 60 years old, about 6 feet tall and 180 pounds, with salt-and-pepper hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about the man’s identity was urged to contact 213-742-5511 or 213-507-5495.
