A person was killed Saturday morning in a crash on a freeway connector road in Sherman Oaks, authorities said.
The crash occurred at about 3:30 a.m. Saturday on the transition from the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway to the Ventura (101) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle, possibly a dark-colored SUV, struck the center divider, the CHP said.
A Sigalert issued at 3:47 a.m. closing the northbound 405 Freeway at the 101 Freeway was canceled at 8:10 a.m., the CHP said.
No further information was immediately available.
