A 65-year-old Lake Forest man who was a volunteer American Youth Soccer Organization coach has been arraigned on an indictment alleging possession and distribution of child pornography, authorities said Friday.

Phillips coached 12- to 14-year-old girls in the AYSO league in fall 2014, according to Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
None of the subjects in the child pornography images are of the girls he coached, Mrozek said.
Authorities seized three computers, an iPad, an iPhone and several other media devices from his Lake Forest home in June of last year. Two of the computers and a thumb drive contained images of child pornography, the indictment alleges.
AYSO officials made Phillips ineligible to coach as soon as they were apprised of the allegations, officials said.
