Garden Grove Police hope a video they released of two men burglarizing a tobacco store will provide leads to the thieves.

The suspects used an unknown tool to pry open the door of an adjacent hair salon, then cut a 3-foot-by -3-foot hole into a wall dividing the hair salon and the Smoke City tobacco store in the 12800 block of Harbor Boulevard, according to Lt. Bob Bogue of the Garden Grove Police Department.

While inside Smoke City, one suspect smashed two cash registers onto the ground. The store was also ransacked with cash and several cigarette cartons taken, Bogue said.

The suspects fled in a dark-colored, possibly gray, small four-door BMW, Bogue said.

Both suspects were described as being in their 20s. One had a medium build and wore prescription glasses. The other was heavy set.

Anyone with information on the burglary was asked to call Detective Wardle at (714) 741-5837.
