A 22-year-old male motorcyclist was killed Tuesday in a two-vehicle crash in Irvine.
Officers were dispatched to the scene of the crash at Jeronimo Road and Alton Parkway shortly after 5 p.m., Kim Mohr of the Irvine Police Department said.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car was not injured, Mohr said.
Jeronimo Road was closed between Alton Parkway and Goodyear to conduct an investigation into the crash, police said.
