A man was found shot to death early Tuesday in the parking lot of a Santa Ana bar.
The victim, whose name was not immediately released, was found outside the Casa Del Rey Bar at 230 W. Warner Ave. just after midnight, according to Santa Ana Police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna. Hewas pronounced dead at the scene at 12:24 a.m.
Investigators suspect an argument among patrons erupted in the parking lot, culminating in gunfire, Bertagna said. Investigators were working to establish a motive, he said.
A white SUV was seen fleeing the area, but a description of the shooter was not immediately available, said Santa Ana police Cmdr. Matt Sorenson.
