A man robbed a 7-Eleven store early Wednesday in Huntington Beach, and authorities think this incident may be part of a 7-Eleven robbery crime wave.
The robbery was reported around 12:15 a.m. at 9502 Hamilton Ave., said Huntington Beach Police Sgt. Shawn White.
The suspect jumped the counter and pushed the store clerk, White said. He took an unknown amount of cash and fled in an older black Honda Civic.
The clerk was not hurt, White said.
A description of the suspect was not immediately available.
Authorities will investigate if this robbery is connected to other 7- Eleven robberies in Orange County.
