A 64-year-old man with a medical condition vanished in Jurupa Valley Monday, prompting the issuance of a Silver Alert in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Terrence Alfred Smith was last seen about 3 p.m., possibly wearing an orange T-shirt and black shorts, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Smith is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 145 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
Smith has a medical condition and may become disoriented, the CHP reported.
Anyone with information about Smith’s whereabouts was encouraged to call 9-1-1.
