An estimated 61 customers briefly lost power Wednesday in Indio.
The Imperial Irrigation District reported at 11:50 a.m. that some of its customers had lost electricity on Smoke Tree Avenue, Towne Street and Crest Avenue. Power was reported to be restored an hour later.
No cause for the outage was given.
Any customers still without power were asked to check their main breakers or call IID customer service at 800-303-7756.
