A person was killed Monday in a traffic crash in Seal Beach.
The crash occurred about 2:15 a.m. on Seal Beach Boulevard near the San Diego (405) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the fatally injured person.
Traffic was routed away from the area while an investigation was conducted into the circumstances of the crash.
