Beloved Beatle Paul McCartney will kick off his first tour in three years at Acrisure Arena, near Palm Springs, it was announced Thursday.
The 19-date “Got Back 2025” tour takes wing Sept. 29 at the 3-year-old, 11,000-seat arena in Thousand Palms.
The general on-sale begins July 18 at 10 a.m. Pacific Time via Ticketmaster.com.
From the Greater Palm Springs area, the tour then moves on to Las Vegas; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Denver; Des Moines, Iowa; Minneapolis; Tulsa, Oklahoma; New Orleans; Atlanta; Nashville, Tennessee; Columbus, Ohio; Pittsburgh; Buffalo, New York; Montreal and Hamilton, Ontario.
The Beatles co-founder and former Wings front man concludes the tour with two nights at the United Center in Chicago on Nov. 24-25.
McCartney, 83, is one of two remaining former Beatles.
The band’s former drummer, Ringo Starr, who just days ago celebrated his 85th birthday at a star-studded event at Beverly Hills Garden Park, began a summer tour in June and recently added a number of fall dates.
