A motorcyclist died after he crashed into a vehicle in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.
The crash occurred at about 8:55 p.m. Sunday at Ventura Boulevard and Greenbush Avenue, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.
The motorcycle was eastbound on Ventura Boulevard in the far-left lane when it struck a vehicle that was making a left turn westbound from Greenfield Avenue, the officer said.
The rider, a 41-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene, he said.
