At least one person was fatally injured in a two-vehicle crash early Wednesday.
The collision occurred just before 5 a.m. Wednesday on Valley Boulevard under the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway, in the unincorporated Avocado Heights community, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Only one of the vehicles was identified as a Ford Ranger, and details regarding what led to the collision was unclear.
