A California Highway Patrol vehicle apparently crashed into dirt and overturned on the right shoulder of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway in Palmdale Saturday, shutting down southbound traffic.

The crash was reported at 6:43 p.m. Saturday on the southbound Antelope Valley Freeway at Barrel Springs Road, according to the CHP.

Witnesses reported that the vehicle crashed into dirt and overturned on the right shoulder and good Samaritans helped the officers inside get out, the CHP stated.

A SigAlert was issued at 7:09 p.m. shutting down the southbound lanes with traffic diverted off at Angeles Forest Highway. The road was reopened at 9:09 p.m.

The two officers were taken by ambulance to Antelope Valley Hospital as a precaution, CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig told City News Service.

The crash was under investigation.

  1. The biggest problem with all these fucking flip overs and all the stupid ass fucking driving is none of them’s ever had a driver’s license in the state of California nor have they ever registered with the vital statistics of the State of California or any other state in the United States for an identification but yet they can go out there and drive a vehicle because huh they have a badge on their chest and they’re too fucking stupid to get an education. After there’s a hundred trillion dollars with a settlements because of your stupid officers inconsiderately driving down the road with no license doing this damage to the fucking County.
