A big rig rolled over on Interstate 10 east of Coachella Tuesday, blocking all westbound lanes and snarling traffic, but injuries no were reported.
The semi truck overturned for unknown reasons about 3 p.m. about five miles west of the Cactus City rest stop, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Both westbound lanes remained closed as of 4:10 p.m., with traffic being diverted to the right shoulder, the CHP reported.
A tow truck was called to the scene.
